Manager, Digital Strategy & Business Development

 

In this role, you will support the ongoing efforts to strike global deals across the music streaming landscape by using your analytical skills, industry knowledge, and ability to negotiate complex partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding the intersection of music, technological innovation, and consumer behavior.

Qualification:

I. 2+ years of relevant work experience
ii. Proven record working in an analytical capacity, with large data sets to create complex models around deal, partnership, and industry trend forecasting.

iii. Music, media, or entertainment industry content licensing experience is preferred, as is experience with deal-driven analyses. Driven and inclined to take ownership of all facets of dealmaking, from inception to execution.

iv. Proven ability in supporting deal and project-based teams. Strong Excel and Google Workspace suite of tools.

v. Proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

vi. Experience at a top-tier investment bank or management consulting firm.

vii. Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., revenue forecasting and recognition, cash flows, artist royalty obligations) to inform various internal stakeholders.

viii. Experience creating, presenting, and executing on new strategic initiatives.

ix. Established record in applying innovative approaches and structures to deal-making.

x. Excellent analytical ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

xi. Bachelor's degree. Finance, business, economics, or accounting is preferred.

Coordinator, Digital Marketing

 In this role, you’re the liaison between artists and their fans! You help ensure that artists’ social media, email marketing, and more are authentic, high-performing, and engaging by supporting a passionate and creative team. You’ll give your ideas and passion to crafting bespoke campaigns across your assigned roster of artists in partnership with the Manager, Digital Marketing.

Qualification:

I. We prefer that you have 1-2 years of experience writing social copy, running social assets, or general social media marketing experience.

II. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to handle a high volume of detailed tasks are a must.

III. You’re skilled at prioritizing and organizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

IV. You’re chronically online, highly creative, love social media, and study trends.

V. You are highly collaborative, love to share ideas, and contribute to a team.

VI. You have a student mindset, love to learn, and are open to constructive feedback.

We’d love it if you also had:


A. Familiarity with Canva, photo editing, and CapCut

B. Familiarity with the Country music genre 

Executive Assistant, Finance and Operations

 Atlantic Records is seeking an energetic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer, as well as the SVP of Business Operations/General Manager of 10K, and the Manager, Office of the CEO, as needed. This role requires exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, and unwavering confidentiality, operating within a fast-paced environment at the center of a major music company. The ideal candidate is efficient, enthusiastic, eager to learn, resourceful, and a logical thinker.

Qualifications:

i. You have acquired a Bachelor’s Degree

ii. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex workflows.

iii. Absolute discretion and the ability to handle highly sensitive information.

iv. Strong professionalism in communication, presentation, and follow-through.

v. Ability to work efficiently and remain adaptable amid shifting priorities

vi. Eager to learn, grow, and expand within the music industry.

vii. Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive attitude

viii. Ability to logically problem-solve, anticipate needs, and synthesize information.

ix. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Forms, etc.).

We’d love it if you also had:


a. 0-2 years of prior experience within the music industry (including internships) or an understanding of its structure and pace—is strongly preferred.
